who's they? because i have respect for brendan green but it's bluehole and kakao that are complete idiots. i remember the very day they took over and put up a shoddy poster that was so unoriginal and even looked fake because the quality was so bad. then it only took 3 months for fortnite to start winning.
i'm guessing that mmo is being done by bluehole :)
I was referring to Bluehole, and the MMO they are currently making is that steampunk arship battle MMO called Ascend: Infinite Realms which is also going to be published by Kakao (for the western release).
And the failure I mentioned was on their first teaser trailer, they showed the game's gameplay, features and stuff, but also some FPS drop here and there. And people mock it already. Not that I'm saying the game failed already, I mean it was failing the fans. Wait, isn't it the same thing? ._.
I was really wanted to play PUBG but now I'm starting to doubt it.
haha yes it's a constant pattern i see by most korean developers. here people don't care much about frame drops or performance, and kakao has zero experience in releasing a pc game.
their only experience is ripping off people with microtransactions.
but they do make a lot of money locally because even though it's a small fanbase they're very loyal and will spend literally thousands of dollars on their mobile games.
