ATARI is the WORST Gaming Company of 2018! - RGT 85
When you mention "Atari", instantly memories of video gaming years gone by flow into your mind. The 2600 was the staple home console of a generation, and Atari was at one point the KING of gaming. As time went on the company made some poor decisions that ended up leading to the company becoming a shell of their former self.
The end of 2017 showed signs of life though: The Ataribox was announced and the gaming world was curious. Now Atari is offering up Rollercoaster Tycoon on the Nintendo Switch as well. So is Atari coming back? Or is there one thing linking these two large announcements that shows that Atari might be the worst company of 2018? Let's find out!

To be fair, we do know a little about the Ataribox, even if it is all a bit vague. It will have an AMD based processor and Radeon based graphics, USB ports, an ethernet port, and SD cart slot and HDMI. It is Linux based, will come with "hundreds" of preinstalled games, and will allow you to install additional software. To me it looks and sounds pretty damn cool. But I don't trust Atari either and I wouldn't consider purchasing it until and unless it becomes a real product.
However, while the Ataribox potentially has appeal for me, I don't get the whole Roller Coaster Tycoon thing at all.
