Some really good ideas here! I like the ideas of needing to manage your stamina and you nailed the reasons why it would be a great addition.

Fixing griefers would be great too. I played RDR online for a little while, but I had a couple of guys who kept jumping me every time I tried to get by them to my next destination and even started hunting me down until I had to log off.
