SimCity Creator (Review Wii)
Hi friends, I tell you that I love the Sims and everything that integrates the emblematic series of Electronic Arts, as they are deliveries that despite their limitations (which are corrected over time), it do hook me.
SimCity saga (especially the 2000) was the video game that made me consider as a young woman whether to be an architect or president, haha, since the possibilities of designing your own city are unlimited and exciting; make a modern city of high buildings or a simple ecological land is something that runs to your possibilities, skills and personal taste. I can say that because of the freedom it provides, I love it.
This publication will be based on the delivery of this video game for Wii, SimCity Creator.
Launched for the Wii in September 2008, this release follows the formula of the old SimCity that allows players to manage a city and everything that integrates it (residential or commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, stations, among others). Wikipedia
Maybe everyone knows what the game is about but I will not lose the opportunity to attach it to my publication so that those who do not know what it is, give it a chance.
As Wikipedia says, Simcity Creator is a simulation game that allows us to manage and control the creation and evolution of a city over time.
In it, we can start with a land of our preference or even manage an already built to have the experience and skill.
IT IS NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS
Although it looks quite simple, in reality it is not, since we have to be aware of everything that happens within the lands that belong to us. Environmental pollution, crime, unemployment, water, electricity and even poverty are aspects that we have to be very aware of so that your citizens are happy and debts do not accumulate.
Can you be a good mayor?
SimCity is a game with different game modes, so the fun is infinite. If we choose the free mode (as well as in past deliveries) we will have the option to select the land sector that we want and the starting capital, of course, it's more complex to prosper with little money.
As we play and move forward, we will notice some features of the game such as the possibility to choose the style of the city by placing iconic monuments such as the Eiffel Tower (European style).
At first we will have the basic buildings as schools and a few entertainment centers, however, when the population increases and we achieve some goals, we will unlock new facilities such as the mansion for the mayor, monuments and even stadiums.
There has to be a balance so that everything goes in order.
Something new is that we will have to our power '' advisors '', professionals in a specific area such as economy and security that will provide us with advice to improve the situation. similarly, they can be useful to manage a sector of the city (if we give permission).
As we can manage our own city ('' free '' mode), in the videogame we will have the option of fulfilling various missions that it indicates: increase the population in a certain city or eradicate pollution, the variety of them, It is quite challenging.
Final words
To conclude, game not only encourages creativity with a large number of elements but also forces us to have a little more strategic thinking so that an instantaneous solution that we do in a moment does not bring nefarious results in our city in the future.
It is a game that I enjoy a lot so I recommend it for those who like the genre.
