With Two Small Changes FIFA 18 Could Be a Much Better Game.

It is sad that we live in 2018, people are planning trips to Mars and technology is advancing at a very fast pace but EA can't seem to fix two very simple things that would make FIFA a much better game!

I am talking about the disconnecting issue vs AI and an option to switch jerseys during the game (vs AI of course). Let's start with the first one.

I'm not very active on the EA forum and don't talk much about this game online but I do read the complaints. I saw tons of people mentioning how they were leading in Squad Battles and god disconnected in the 80th minute. If this happens, no matter what the scoreboard was at that moment, you will lose the game with 3-0. I am no coder, I can't write programs or anything but I am sure that this is very easy to fix just by adding a reconnect option. We don't have it now because the score can be manipulated in some way by cheats (just a wild guess) but I do know that codes work with "If" and "Then". So here is an idea for EA.

Add a reconnect option, record the score at all times and you will have the exact score before I lost my connection. Heck, you should be able to record the exact positions of the players and just let us resume the game once we get our connection back. In your code write something like this "If the score isn't the same as it was during the disconnect then reject connection". My code is probably bad but one of your tech guys should be able to fix it. He will get the idea, trust me...

The second one is also very simple but frustrating at the moment. Why the hell can't I change the color of my jersey during the game vs AI? Is the AI going to be upset if I pick a color he/she doesn't like? There is a reason why I am bringing this up. I have minor vision problems, not big enough to wear glasses. When the game is fast paced the screen gets just a bit blurry and the colors can be confusing if I picked bad ones. I see no reason why I shouldn't be able to change them if I don't like them. When playing against real players there could be an explanation for why we don't have this option. You could be picking the same colors on purpose if you are leading to mess his game up but vs AI it just makes no sense not to have this as an option. This can apply to PES as well.

I do have to admit that I may be wrong. Winning without a disconnect and with a bad choice of jerseys can sometimes give you a sense of pride and accomplishment. Right EA?
