This looks a lot like Ark: Survival Evolved from what you've written and shown. Do you know it? I loved that game, especially while playing it solo or on a private map with my boyfriend. Besides the same kind of crafting you're talking about, we could tame dinosaurs to ride/fly on and explore the entire map :-)

Hmm, I haven't played it these last few months, but a while ago, they did release a pretty big update to the UI and some of the calculations for dino stamina. They do release new dinos and craftables from time to time and they have added a map or two in the past.
I've actually written up quite a few stories about Ark here in the past. I always loved to take screenshots and write about our adventures ingame :-)
