Hello Steemians, this weekend I was very busy since a Meetup was held in my city on Saturday thanks to the community of @cervantes and then I had a family reunion. This time I bring you a funny champion, as well as the troll that looks like a weak champion due to his abilities and bonuses that make them a difficult champion in the 1 vs 1. I hope you like my review on Trundle!

Trundle “THE TROLL KING”.png

Trundle is a strong and evil troll who loves mischief. There is nothing that fails to subdue by force and make him bend to his will, not even the very ice. With his huge frozen mallet, he freezes his enemies and pierces them with his sharp fragments of ice. Tremendously territorial, Trundle pursues anyone who is foolish enough to enter their domain and laughs as they bleed to death in the tundra.

There was a time when Trundle's army obeyed a boss who was a coward. Trundle feared that, under the leadership of this weak leader, his species would end up succumbing to the scourge of other hordes of tundra trolls. When his challenge to the boss ended in humiliation, Trundle did something that was not very usual in the trolleys: he used ingenuity instead of fists. Thinking about his hairy feet, he expanded a legend of the former troll leaders: he claimed that they carried weapons of great power as a symbol of their right to govern. Although he had invented the story, Trundle bet that, if he could find or steal such a weapon, he would become by right the leader of his tribe. The trolls believed him, but none believed him capable of facing such a challenge. Knowing that the presumptuous troll would die trying, the little brilliant leader accepted and Trundle left accompanied by the familiar sound of laughter.

Alone, but undaunted, Trundle delved into the reign of the fearsome Ice Witch. There, hidden among the many dangerous secrets of the past, he hoped to find a weapon that would prove his elaborate story was true. He forcibly overcame the Ice Witch's guards and cleverly surpassed his traps of dark magic, though none of what he achieved was at the expected level of power he had described to his own. Finally, he found an unexpected prize: a great magic club of Pure Ice, which never melts. As he grasped the weapon, he marveled at the cold power that ran through it. But then, the very same terrible Ice Witch appeared. When he invoked his dark magic, Trundle believed that his end had come, but he had another intelligent idea. With a confident smile, he made a proposal to the Ice Witch: he told him that a troll army would be much more useful than a troll's corpse...

When Trundle returned with his tribe, his troll companions surrendered to his conquest. He called his Bone Chill weapon and took a moment to enjoy the stupor that was on his boss's face before collapsing. After taking command, Trundle announced that there would be no more bosses: there would only be one King of the Troles to whom everyone would kneel. All the trolls supported their new and daring leader, and prepared for the future war. With Trundle leading the attack, the trolley time had finally arrived.

Skills in the game.png

Playing with Trundle you must determine if it is better to do type A or type B, according to your lane opponent and according to his team. Currently Trundle excels incredibly well in divided thrust due to the new mastery. Break the towers as if they had never existed, which is an important point in terms of the purpose of the link.

King's Tribute.png

The passive ability of Trundle is that each time an enemy dies near him, he grants a healing of 2 to 6% of his maximum health.

Chomp.png

Trundle's first ability activated with the "Q" key consists of biting his enemy by inflicting a die of 20 to 100 physical damage points and slowing the target by 75% for a brief period. After biting his enemy, he drains his target Attack damage from 20 to 40 points for 8 seconds. This ability has a reuse of 4 seconds.

Frozen Domain.png

Trundle converts an area of ice in a certain area for 8 seconds which gives you bonus in attack speed of 20 to 80%, bonus in movement speed of 20 to 40% and additional increases your life regeneration by 25%. This ability has a reuse of 23 to 11 seconds depending on the level of Trundle.

Pillar of Ice.png

This ability allows you to invoke a pillar of ice in a certain place, which becomes an insurmountable terrain and slows down all enemies close to the pillar from 30 to 50% its speed of movement. With a cooling of 23 to 11 seconds.

Subjugate.png

The special ability of Trundle drains some statistics of a target enemy champion being, a percentage of life of the enemy of 20 to 35% of the maximum life of the enemy champion, a percentage of his armor 40% and his magic resistance. In addition, half of the drained bonuses are used instantaneously and the other half decays slowly during the 4 seconds after finishing the drain. This ability has a reuse of 80 to 60 seconds.

Trundle is a tank killer and he has a pretty good lane phase. He can split the team fights and become a scary tank with his special ability. It has a good speed of movement, however, against distance champions like Ryze and Lissandra, it is really easy to hunt down Trundle and they will destroy you on the way unless they make a mistake.

Its pillar of ice is very important because its reach and the movements of its objectives are essential for the location, that requires a lot of practice besides the fact that the pillar of ice can save your life or that of your companions if it is placed correctly. One of the most fundamental parts of the Trundle E is the short but significant blow. When combined with the slow AoE that surrounds your pillar, this can seriously impede your opponents.

In team fights Trundle does not have an important outcome however you can do a great tank role using your special ability correctly, join the most powered tank or closest to your team and jump to your Mid or ADC and get rid of them . The reason why the tank is superior is because your team can tear the tank more easily and you get greater resistance making it harder for you to be knocked down.

You can also use the technique of splitting the enemy team by means of your ice pillar and turning that into an advantage to win. There is no need to say that its pillar of ice is of utmost importance in the outcome of the team. The only detail of this champion is the construction of his build that is difficult to assemble and everything always depends on the purpose against whom you are fighting.

pros.png

  • Speed of movement.
  • Good damage and ability to survive.
  • His special ability gives him bonuses of attack speed, movement speed and healing.
  • You can play in the upper lane or the jungle.
  • Great jungle management.
  • Strong against champions like; Lee Sin, Renekton, Dr. Mundo, Shyvana, Nasus and Rammus.

cons.png

  • High mana consumption.
  • Focus on a single objective.
  • The reduction in healing affects him a lot.
  • Your poorly executed ice pillar can hurt the team fight.
  • Weak against champions like; Ziggs, Darius, Pantheon, Sona, Kennen and Vladimir.

bonus.png

  • Trundle is the first champion that costs 4800 IP Icon.
  • Trundle's hair looks like the hair of the Troll doll.
  • Trundle's memory animation is the famous "Winter in Coming" pose from the television series Game of Thrones.
  • The Frozen Domain domain for frozen domain is currently, without counting global skills, the largest AoE in the game.
  • Filming, Karma, Lee Sin, and Sejuani are the only champions that present a "traditional" skin that represents them before their visual updates (theirs was conceived while producing a 'Frost Troll' skin)
  • Trundle's dance is a reference to Dancing Troll.
  • Trundle was designed by Kevin 'Geeves' O'Brien.
  • The original Trundle was released on December 1, 2010.
  • Trundle is expressed by Joshua Tomar
  • The title of Trundle champion was previously "the Troll Maldito", but with the Freljord patch his background story changed and he is now known as "King Troll".
  • Its updated tradition better reflects the Scandinavian origins of the trolls.
  • His name Trundle comes from the old English noun tryndel "wheel".
  • The verb "trundle", synonymous with "roll", is based on the round shape of the wheel.
  • Troll comes from Proto-Germanic * truzlan, a supernatural and magical giant.
  • Both nest and troll could come from the same root PIE * dermatomyositis "to run, travel, tread, tramp".
  • Since his introduction, Trundle spent almost two years before being subject to balance changes in any of his skills or statistics. Finally he received changes in the Shadow Isles patch at the end of October 2012.
  • Trundle received a visual update on all skins, including a new Trundle Classic [S | L].
  • His existing classic skin, although improved, was available in the store for two weeks before retiring to Legacy Vault. Players who were owners of Trundle before their rework received Traditional Trundle [S | L] for free.
  • His new classic skin and tradition tie him to Freljord.

To conclude, Trundle is not a difficult champion to use, you could say that the construction of his build since it usually depends on the enemy we face in the line phase. He is a very strong champion whose bonuses give him an advantage, what I like most about Trundle is his speed of movement allowing you to escape or pursue enemies with ease. I hope you liked my review about Trundle!
