Bastion Overwatch [Review]

Source
Hi Steemians, I hope everyone is well today, I have returned recharged to talk about a defensive hero in Overwatch that I like to use in emergency situations in a game, all due to the great damage that he can cause to his enemies and that he can survive without needing help from the healers is a walking turret, I hope you like it!
As I have already mentioned on numerous occasions:
"Overwatch is a first person shooter video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment. It was released to the public in May 2016 for Microsoft Windows, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. "Information obtained from Wiki.

Overwatch is one of the most famous video games currently in the community of players with a little more than a year, competing directly against video games such as League Of Legends in countries such as South Korea, where more are active players and becoming the most played from that country.

Its game mechanics consists of six people per team, where we choose a hero with unique moves and abilities. The main objective is to work in team either to attack or defend points, goal escort, control and competitive mode. They recently added new game modes as team combat.
Each hero has a specific role and are: Offensive, Defensive, Tank and Support with various maps and game modes. They make Overwatch one of the most beloved games in the community of players. And for me one of my favorites.
According to official figures on the same page Overwatch exceeds 30 million players.

The curious Bastion unit, which once fought on the front of the devastating Oris Crisis, is dedicated to exploring the world, fascinated by nature, but conscious of a fearful humanity.
Originally created in order to maintain peace, Bastion robot units possessed the unique ability to transform into an attack cannon. However, during the Ornamental Crisis, they were opposed to their human creators and became the majority of the rebel army of the Unicorns. Almost all the Bastion units were destroyed or dismantled once the crisis was resolved, even more they represent the horror of that conflict.
Source
A single Bastion unit, badly damaged in the last battles of the war, was forgotten for more than a decade. She remained inactive, exposed to the elements and rust, while nature slowly claimed her. Abandoned between creepers and roots, and nests made by small animals, the robot remained inert, apparently unconscious of the passage of time. That was until one fateful day, when it unexpectedly revived. Already without its combat program, it showed an intense curiosity for the natural world and its inhabitants. This inquisitive Bastion unit set out to explore its surroundings and discover its purpose on a war-torn planet.

Source
Although "Bastion" seems kind (even harmless), its main combat program takes over when the unit perceives danger and does not hesitate to use all its arsenal to eliminate everything it identifies as a threat. This led him to have conflicts with the few humans he encountered, which led him to avoid populated areas and visit the wild and unexplored regions of the world.

Bastion is a kind of robot in the branch of defensive hero that in many cases ends up being the hero totally offensive due to its impressive damage, since it has two transformations in normal weapon and static turret, in addition it owns a option of self-healing that helps much without needing healers nearby. It's all a headache if you know how to use it because it has a lot of shooting rate.
Its passive is characterized by transformation or change of form which allows it to reduce the damage received by 20% while it is transformed.
It is his main skill in my case used with the "Left Shift" key since I play on the pc, which allows you to choose or change in two shooting modes; the reconnaissance and sentry, of course it all depends on the player's need and the conditions of the battlefield. This ability has no reuse, but has a shape-shifting time of 0.5 to 1 seconds.

You could say that this mode is your secondary weapon, because the damage of this weapon is less equipped with a medium-range machine gun, but while it is in this form you can move with a 25 bullet ammunition.

It is his main weapon turning Bastion into a gatling pistol with an impressive shooting cadence filled the battlefield in a shower of bullets, but it has a bad point and is that you can not move in this form, however, with a damage so high and a capacity of 300 bullets so that you want to move and a recharge time of only 2 seconds. This configuration makes Bastion a dangerous hero at short and medium range for any hero.

The second ability gives Bastion power to repair and restore your health from any enemy attack with a speed of 75 health points per second and only 1 second of reuse.

It is the special ability that makes Bastion into a heavy artillery tank with a powerful cannon and long range, allowing Bastion to destroy all targets by means of large radio explosions for 8 seconds with impressive damage of up to 205 health points in a radius of 4 meters, in short you can kill an enemy with a single shot.

This gameplay is my property on my channel YouTube
The truth of using Bastion is extremely easy because it has only two forms of change and one of self-healing, is just knowing the time needed to transform, point and shoot. A defensive hero but specialized in the attack, is an important role depending on the combination of the allied team a clear example is Reinhardt, Mercy and of course Bastion, since Reinhardt would cover to Bastion of all enemy attack while Mercy heals them and Bastion does the role of offensive hero.
Personally I do not use Bastion much as he is a hero very easy to use and sometimes boring, but I like to dare him in critical moments of the game where it is necessary to defend with everything you have. He is a hero with a high damage and cadence of firing, however, he is betrayed by the sound that he makes when transforming in tank making all the enemies are alert to the approach of Bastion.
His special ability is extremely good since you can eliminate at least 3 enemies in less than 8 seconds, many players use Bastion in attack is not a bad choice for being a defensive hero since his damage is high, I would say that everything depends on how you use it. There are many combinations of equipment to use Bastion the most common is the one I gave as an example, that does not mean that it is the best everything always depends on the communication with the team.
I recommend using Bastion in positions where it is favored on the battlefield against the enemy and can be transformed to heal, attack or escape.
- Change of machine-gun form and turret.
- Self-healing.
- Combination with heroes such as; Reinhardt, Torbjörn, Symmetra and Mercy.
- Strong against heroes like; Winston, Roadhog, Reinhardt without shield and Pharah.
- Impressive damage with a very effective shooting rate.
- Tank Mode unleashes chaos in its wake.
- Immobility makes Bastion an easy target.
- Its large size makes it an easy target.
- The fastest heroes can easily get behind Bastion and kill him quickly with this weak point.
- The bastion is also relatively slow, so it is easy to be flanked by enemies.
- Genji can return all the damage with his ability to reflect.
- A blind spot of Bastion is above him.
- Weak against heroes like; Zarya, D.va, Reinhardt with shield.
As always my favorite part I hope you like it.
- The game refers to Bastion as a "he", without any gender statement. Lead writer Michael Chu has stated that Bastion has no gender. On one occasion, however, when discussing the changes being made to Bastion, chief designer Geoff Goodman referred to Bastion as a man, on another occasion, Project Director Overwatch Ben Dai also referred to Bastion as a man.
- According to Jeff Kaplan, Bastion went through multiple Ultimate skills before the development team decided on Configuration: Tank. Elections the team went through included grenades, a remote mine, the ability to fire through walls and an artillery barrage. They were changed due to balance difficulties or because they did not fit the character.
- The remote mine could drive like a RC car before getting into the ground and damaging the nearby enemies. It may have been the inspiration for Junkrat's RIP-Tire.
- If you bend down and stand up, Bastion will start humming a song over and over again until you stop bending and stand up.
- Bastion has most of the epic masks of any hero, with a total of 6.
- Bastion is the only hero with more than one skin available from an external source.
- Bastion has the highest HP of all non-Heroes Tank, and is also the only non-Tank hero with innate armor.
- Bastion is currently the only hero in Overwatch who does not speak. Instead, Bastion uses robot sounds and beeps. When you activate your Ultimate, it produces a different series of servo noises, ending with a high-low-high sequence (similar to the "load" sports fanfare).
- The bastion robot's noises and whistles are provided by Chris Metzen, who ran various software add-ons and voice modulations.
- At the Summer Games, Bastion's signature sport is boxing.
- Bastion's Summer Games emote can be a reference to the toy and the game Rock In 'Sock Em' Robots.
- The word "Bastion" means, a fortified area or position, something considered a fortress. When Bastion is in Sentry Configuration, it is difficult to overcome.
- Bastion is the only hero with a knowledge propaganda attached to a victory pose (RIP)
- Bastion appears in a StarCraft II player portrait.
- The story of Bastion, especially in the short The Last Bastion, reflects the first half of the film The Iron Giant. Bastion's personality and characteristics also resemble those of the Iron Giant: Ganymede is the counterpart to Hogarth Hughes, who is the companion, guide and guide of the Iron Giant.
- Bastion also has a spray called "Gigante", and imitates and makes reference to the poster of the film. His emote "Sleep Mode" also directly imitates the way the giant sits in the movie.
- The skin covered by Bastion may be a reference to the robots in the Castle in the Sky by Studio Ghibli. It could also be a reference to its history, as it was left to rot in the desert for several years.
- Bastion, as seen in The Last Bastion, has a similar appearance to Overgrown, although there are some differences. For example, the bird's nest in Bastion's body is on the other shoulder.
- The Bastion settings are perhaps a reference to how robots can be transformed into vehicles, weapons or other machines in the Transformers franchise.

Does League of Legends have skins? Honestly, I haven’t paid attention. Skins were popular a few years back, and then I just totally forgot about them.
I think they were popular and still are. It is just not relevant for everyone in the world, and even though there are a lot of players, it is still a niche thing. League of Legends has skins, and they are actually really cool. In Rust, skins are simpler, I think, many of them I sold myself on https://rustskins.com/sell. Mostly repeats that keep dropping while playing.
