Warface Halloween Special Review

Hi Guys

Hope you all good and in the spirit of Halloween although we don’t celebrate it from where I come from, but I would like if someone can live a comment about it than below would be very grateful.

So today would be looking a little back on warface although this game have been discussed before, but due to the Halloween season they brought in some new gears and it would be bad if I don’t show you some of the guns brought in as well as the skin, not to mention the armor am telling you, you would love it and they are still celebrating warfacebooking hour so if you join any campaign mode at this time you will get double your xp, vp and money am telling its crazy right here best time to boost your xp after the anniversary which was held not quite long ago.

So Warface like we earlier said is a FPS shooter where players get to play with different unit be it medic, rifleman, sniper and engineer to get better understanding of this unit click here. Without wasting much time lets heard over to the Halloween special.

So due to the Halloween season they brought in some special packages which you get for every day up till 10 days when you login to play, before now when you login, you are given some weapons as prior to you coming online but they are just your usual guns, nothing special but during this season they brought in some new and better equip probably going to be removed after this Halloween period but before then let’s quickly take full advantage of it.

Today upon coming online I was given a katana sword sweet, comes with a lot of damage, easy to use, does not require you changing ammo lol unlike guns and design is absolutely awesome with a red painted mark that matches your enemies blood, one swipe deals 80 damage, in other words three consecutive strikes will render your enemy dead and when you hold down your left key it packs more damage, with this one strike gets to kill your enemy but the problem is that it takes a longer time to execute this function, so its best you click on it while approaching the enemy rather than when he is already close to you.

Although if you are a knife kind of person we still have one for you, was given this yesterday when I logged in, it came with a pumpkin looking paint job seriously what is it with pumpkin during Halloween period would love it if someone can tell me more about it, so unlike your normal kitchen knife you are already used to, this is more deadly as it pack a lot of damage but not like the katana, with 70 damage blow to the enemy just 4 consecutive hitting render them dead and it also comes with its own special move when you left click at your mouse truly it beautiful and dangerous and it can be used by all units.

Let’s move over to the armor section as this special period continues. So they brought it some new armor.

helmet and some vex let’s take a quick look at both separately.

Helmet like you already know, is for protecting the head and they come in different shape and functions the first here gives you, head protection of addition 20% so when you take damage it reduces it by 20% and the outcome is a little low depending on how fast you take cover from the fire and it looks like the shape of some bike men movies used to watch back in the days a little scary I must say. Also it reduces flash bang effect by 60%, with this you would be able to recover when hit by a flash bang. It is very important when playing PVE as some players love using flash bang to blind enemies before moving in haha although this is great strategy as it renders the enemy helpless and temporary blind but with this they won’t know what hit them. The other helmet gives you 40% head protection much better than the previous one and a little more scarier look like those helmet villains used in some horror movies but in real-life this would probably give you a real scare and it comes with 60% protection against flash bang just as the above. You can get both of them for 100 dollar warface currency for 2hrs or buy them permanently for 450 kredits. Less I forget there is still one more helmet armor, although this can’t be bought as it is given as a gift alongside the katana to last for certain number of days, this armor comes with 60% head protection and regenerates 8 armor points after every 5secs when you don’t get hit so technically speaking this is the best of them all.

Okay moving over to the vex armor. Here also, we were provided with two separate vex and each as is own function going over the first.

These comes with 40% additional armor point, with this you can withstand 40% more damage from the enemies, increase protection against explosion by 25% you are able to withstand explosion a little more but don’t get too close to them as it will blow you to pieces lol and the last is melee weapon, remember the katana and knife, with this armor you will be able to protect yourself more as it gives you 20% protection against them, there are some players that just go about knifing others am telling you, this can be really troublesome but with this you stand more chance against them this can be bought temporary for 100 warface dollars or 450 kredits permanent. The other vex, is much more better than the first as it comes with a whole lot more, it provides 50% additional armor point, decrease damage by 10% per hit so every hit that comes to you is been reduced by 10%, regenerates armor point by 2 points after every 5secs without hit that is for every 5secs that you don’t get hit the armor repair itself by 2 points gradually and it also increases primary weapon capacity by 50% this is very important to sniper and medic as their ammo capacity is very low and with this, it gives them additional 50% more to their ammo size.

There are still more to come like the Halloween smoke bomb, unlike your regular white, black etc. smoke bomb, warface introduce a new smoke bomb more scary as you can see from the picture below. When toss it produces a skull like shape, really gives one the spoke although I find it somewhat beautiful don’t know about you, but you could live a comment about it below.

During this festive period, some new map were introduced as well and some brought back to the game which would be briefly discussed below.

First is the Cyber Horde although this map was initially part of the game but it was removed some time back, probably to create space for others don’t really know.

Here you get to play as any unit of your choice and battle your way through the map against many zombie looking like creature am telling you they are really scary, imagine been attack by this in real-life, well I won’t be that afraid it just means it’s time to show your gaming skills lol but seriously they look quite scary as they come with different faces, even though they all dangerous. Somehow some seem to outrank others in terms of danger, some require less damage to take out and others require more and some even go as far as to drive a mechanical structure which delivers a lot of damage. The idea of this game is to escort your EMP carrier to a secure location while defending it from this zombie, they would try their possible best to destroy it before getting to the location and if it gets destroy, its game over for you and at the end, you get to fight a boss unlike the other zombie, who is much more stronger and comes with lot of power fire. How strong are you? And is the teamwork within your team great well we are going to find out when you log in.

The other new map is a PVE map this was recently introduced into the game, as it came with the last update, probably going to be removed after this season but it’s really quite scary as it comes with different functions and a dark scene mode making it all more beautiful, pumpkin lamps at every corner and scary looking gate with light green color river, looking like a ghost passage just like those movies we used to watch were you get to spirits coming out from the river also scarecrow traps at some corners, they just sprung up unknowingly to you this would really give you a scare if you not careful. Alongside, this map comes with a scary sound while playing. Seriously it’s really interesting and fun to play, as you get to battle against other players in a death mode situation, the team with the highest kill before time rounds up win the match.
