Grand Theft Auto Games pt.2

Every man, woman and child has heard about Grand Theft Auto games and most of them played it. Your wife doing drive by's in GTA game is not that implausible scene these days. Rockstar Games can make pretty incredible games and today they are among most successful gaming companies focused on open world sandbox games. GTA is their bread and butter. Every GTA game is a chaotic wild ride and every game keeps getting better and better with more things to do ingame. If you want to maximize the fun you can have while playing video games, GTA is game series you are looking for. Pt.2 modern GTA games.

GTA San Andreas

Released in 2004. San Andreas had more things to do than all other GTA games combined. Game had huge sandbox area of fictional state of San Andreas that resembles today's Nevada and California. There are three big cities in the game and forests and deserts of the surrounding land. Driving around on chopper bike listening to ingame music radio was the closest experience to the real thing. We play as Carl Jonhson in this fictional criminal world of San Andreas. There are some really immersive elements to this game, for example CJ if he eats a lot would get fat, if he is riding the bike a lot he would get more stamina and character would change accordingly. In San Andreas we could fly planes, sale, ride motorcycles, anything you can imagine. San Andreas is hands down my favorite GTA game. 

GTA 4

Another success story from Rockstar Games came in shape of GTA 4. In this game we play in fully urban environment of mega city, this time we play in Liberty City with our main protagonist, a war veteran Niko Belic. Game had that slavic feel to it with Niko as a cool main character. Great aspects of GTA 4 is it's great storytelling, improved and still beautiful graphics, more realistic driving model and shooting model. It is a dynamic game with weather changes and day and night cycles. Game also released three DLC's with their own distinct characters, and every one of them is worth playing. Game very close to perfection.

GTA 5

This is the latest in GTA series and by far the most ambitious one. In this game we play as three different characters, each having some unique special skill. Trevor can go psycho mode and do more damage, Franklin can slow time during car chases and Michael can slow time in gunfights. Similar in size of San Andreas we play in a fictional city of Los Santos and it's rural areas. It is a big and detailed world filled with so many activities players can participate in. It is amazing that after three years since this game launched it still is one of the best looking games on the market and can make your hardware cry if you don't have strong enough PC to run it. If you do have strong PC and never played GTA 5 shame on you :)
