Gaming Retrospective - Sin

in #gaming7 years ago

When you talk about old school FPS games Sin must be mentioned. Game was released back in 1998 by Ritual Entertainment. This game had one of the sexiest villains ever, her name is Elexis Sinclaire and she is a leader of massive corporation Sintek set to sell dangerous drugs U4 that can mutate humans. We play as John Blade, commander of one of the largest security forces in the city of Freeport in a year 2037 who is trying to stop the outbreak and beat Elexis in her evil schemes.

Sin is one of the first games where with good aim you could knock the weapon out of an opponent's hand and headshots were most effective at killing. Old FPS games didn't have headshot mechanics before Sin and some other games. Environments in the game were responsive to fire and you cold even drive some vehicles, interactive part of the game was done very well for a game from that time. Very fun shooter, and in order to play it you had to have very strong Voodoo 3 or Riva TNT 2 graphic cards. Best villain ever and fun shooter to play.
