Gaming Retrospective - Messiah
Messiah is a third person action game where we play as small winged angel that can change bodies at will. Messiah is one of the more provocative games that flirts with nasty human nature and you can expect to see a whole bunch unexpected things. This game from developers Shiny Entertainment was released in a year 2000 and was one of the more interesting games that year. Game is set in a futuristic cyberpunk city filled with scum and villainy where Bob, a small angel was sent from heavens to save the humans from South Park kind of version of Satan.
Now, Bob can't do much on his own, he can only sneak and possess other humans, mutants and aliens, he can then use their abilities to beat the bad guys and solve puzzles. So the main game mechanic is jumping from one body to another, every one had different stats and abilities. Some were heavy weapon users, while others are just common hookers that you can use to get through checkpoints. Comedy elements and music in this game were some of it's best selling point, and even though the game was buggy at times, it truly was one of a kind game worth remembering.
@moon32walker Sounds like a game i'd like to play. I'd like to give it a try but it probably won't work on windows 7. There's so many old games that i'd still like to play, but i run into the os requirement problem...so i'm thinking to buy an old computer and install windows xp just for these games.
I think this game would probably work on win7, it's not that old. That will become an issue soon, most old games we will not be able to play on our shiny new computers. Good idea :)
I have never heard about Messiah, @moon32walker. However, this game looks amazing! I must play it today when I'm back at home. I have just upvoted your post!

First impression here, I know absolutely nothing about gaming but this is super creepy! It really seems like they are preparing people for antichrist! i stay far away from this stuff. Seems to me like evil is involved here. Be warned friends.
Good thing that we know the difference between fiction and reality :)
Remember i bought the game only for the cover but i dont like too much, a weird game at start, more plattaform and puzzles than shooter,... I dont know how i would tell you in english but in spain we say "I want to but i can't"
