Dragon's Dogma is an action role playing game played from third person perspective, game was released on multiple platforms in 2012 and was developed by Capcom, Dark Arisen was released on PC in 2016 and it was praised by the masses. At the first glance one would not expect too much depth from this game, but once you start playing it and immerse yourself in it's rich fantasy world, suffice it to say, you will will get surprised by the depth of the game. Game is set in a fantasy world where our hero the Arisen needs to stop the end of days after dragons started to appear.

Game starts with character creation where you can pick a genre and 9 different starting classes. Among those classes you can find your typical ARPG classes like Fighter, Mage, Warrior, Ranger, Assassin, Sorcerer and some interesting ones like Strider, Arcane Archer and Mystic Knight. Game features AI controlled pawns that will help you fight the enemies and explore the world. Night and day cycles change the atmosphere and how you play the game. During some tough boss battles your character can climb on monsters and perform critical strikes, this is not your quick time scripted event, it can happen organically and when ever it happens it's a joy to see. When you add all those elements together end result is a game worth your attention, this is one of those games that flies under the radar and once you locate it, expect a lot of bang for your buck.
