Borderlands Games
Borderlands is a shooter ARPG series set on futuristic planet of Pandora that is filled with ancient technologies and vaults where powerful artifacts rest. Game world is filled with crazy and unstable over the top characters, games are also filled with great humor. Every Borderlands game is cel shaded (comic book style of graphics), not many games can pull off this kind of art style, it fits perfectly for this world though. There are many classes to chose from and there are massive amounts of different weapons players can use. Think of this series as a futuristic Mad Max.
Borderlands
First game opens with one of the craziest cinematics I've ever seen, it warms you up for things to come. When you pick your class to play with, choices are quite diverse. Vault hunters from the first game are Brick as a melee hero that also likes to use big guns and explosives, Mordecai as a sniper with a bird companion, Roland the soldier and Lilith, this game version of mage character. As you start playing a friendly robot named Claptrap will help you in your travels. You can also drive around the planet with various vehicles with mounted guns for fun.
Borderlands 2
Second game had one of the best villains ever, a maniacal Handsome Jack, CEO of Hyperion corporation who is trying to get all the artifacts and riches from Pandora for himself and not caring about the means of doing it. This time we had larger sandbox areas to explore and do quests. Great number of DLC's are released for this game and each and every one adds something extra crazy to this game. Action is over the top with massive bosses and equally massive loot when you kill them. Very fun/y ARPG worth playing.
Borderlands: The Pre Sequel
As the name would suggest this game is set between 1st and 2nd game. Story is about how Handsome Jack came to power and how his maniacal reign started. Every Borderlands game offers players something new and this one is no different. We can chose new classes to play with that we came across during adventures of first two games. Mostly set space stations and moon of Pandora, this game had more futuristic feel to it. Series worth playing for sure.
Gaige the Mechromancer is the best player character in Borderlands 2. Fact.

Borderlands 1 & 2 are amazing games and have great graphics and such cool interaction and weapons. Some of those enemies are crazy hard until you find the rare drops after killing a boss. Nice post, brings back some nostalgia. Upvoted
I like how different classes bring such a different feel when you play the game. When you see screenshots it seems like they are all the same, but when you go into character development you see so many different options there. Shotgun rocket poison corrosive dmg, some gunz really are over the top :)
I completely agree, the exaggerations were so creative it made the game that much more enticing and fun.
Wow, I like G.I Joe game, this one looks more interesting.
