Amidst for Minetest

This standalone program makes figuring out biome distribution so simple that anybody can do it. No longer will you have to create a bunch of worlds and spend a bunch of time flying around to see if the biomes are balanced, just load your biome definitions, create a new world with your selected mapgen, and see instant results in the form of a near infinite map.
