Holybread Launch 27th January 2020!

Recently I was invited by @thebluewin of Steem Ace to test a game they have been developing. It was great to be given the opportunity play and give feedback on a new upcoming game about to be launched on the Steem Blockchain.
@holybread is an RPG in which you can go on quests to earn Experience, Equipment and Gold. Lots of Gold.
There is also an arena in which you can fight pvp battles to earn a higher ranking and if your good enough a share in the rewards pot.
The graphics are not spectacular but the game play I feel more then makes up for it. I found myself playing a lot more then I probably should of just to try and stay competitive with the other testers and the lure of landing a special piece of equipment to give me that edge in battle.
When questing you get a choice of 3 options, usually one gives more experience, one gives more gold and the last is more balanced. Some times you may get a quest that has a guaranteed equipment loot drop. You do also have a chance of winning an extra hero as a loot drop. Equipment and hero loot drops are rare though, so keep up with those quests.
In the arena you can battle others. Buying equipment with good statistics can help you overcome your enemies. When you win in the arena you rise up the rankings.
The main way to Strengthen your hero is to gain experience from quests. By getting equipment from quests, buying equipment from shops or just spending gold to increase your statistics will also help strengthen your hero.
And if you want to get a edge on the competition, you may want to purchase some bread. This can be used to speed up quests, buy heroes, restock the shop with new items and skip the arena cool down.
