For a while, I thought I was addicted to video games. However, I have realized that it wasn't the games themselves it was the reasong I was using them as a form of escapism from my life. The moment I managed to realize this, I was able to find peace with myself and become a less angry person.
Seems like there more and more people like myself! that is very reassuring :)
