IBT Survival Island Game - Progress Report Two

Welcome to the IBT Survival Island regular progress report/update post -  these updates will be posted weekly if possible.

This weeks update will be short and sharp but hopefully provide evidence of progress and gather more interest. These update posts are to get feed back and ideas from Steemians just as much as to provide a journal like insight of what it takes to make an off platform downloadable Steem rewards game, that uses SMT tokens as exclusive membership tickets.

While I believe this is an extremely bold project and it's pushing crypto games to new limits, this is not a professional built game by a team of payed programmers expecting to be paid. It doesn't have a massive team of expert programmers and it's not going to make lots of Steem or money - it's been built for the love of Steem and just as a fun project and as such I can't commit to how far this will go. Saying this, I think it's probably just a couple of months from having a playable single player demo and I'm trying to align this with the official release of SMT's in March.

Work continues on creating the environment, working on the tree's is hard work. Please remember these are being built from scratch, there is no copy cat stuff going on here,  this is going to be as best as possible realistic survival game based on the Australian bush.

It wouldn't be the Australian bush with out an Eucalyptus tree, its all a bit technical but after allot of 'collision issues' in creating the object we believe we have finally nailed it.

Other work progresses in the area's of character creation and I'm hopeful people can make their own custom character to a certain extent. If connectivity to the Steem block chain works as hopes you might notice subtle bonus's to your in game character based on your Steemit reputation level for instance :)

There are many things  of use in the Aussie bush environment, but right now we are just looking  at our most famous Aussie tree
