PVP Synchronization in Legends Of Aria

My character was right on top of a chaotic player and i was unable to hit him. my partner said on his screen that i did not appear right on top off him, but you can clearly see that i was behind and was in range to use my attacks... i wish that they would still make improvements to synchronization in the game
