Menurut seorang dari team kreatif Rebbelion,Game ini di buat atau di rancang untuk menjadi "Surganya para penembak jitu".Dari team Rebbelion pun memperluas peta permainan dengan skala yang cukup besar.2 pembuat game sebelumnya yaitu 505 games tidak terlibat dalam perancangan games Sniper Elite ini.Rebbelion sendiri yang berkerja keras untuk game Sniper Elite 4 ini.
