This edition of the E3 is coming to an end and it is now time to take stock of my expectations of the various announcements of builders and developers. This E3 was, in my opinion, fairly average. Few diversities and risks taken with ambitious projects. We once again witnessed a strangely similar catalog of titles. Although I appreciate, by parsimony, the action games, it is nevertheless notable to note the predominance of this kind. No doubt it is from the context of an event addressing to the American public ...

In short, here is my list of announcement that i retained this year:

A Way Out :

It is unusual for EA to put forward during its conference a game that is not the trend of this sector and more particularly that does not fit in the uniformity of the catalog of the giant. The studio seems to want to reiterate the experience of new innovative titles as was the very good Mirror's Edge. A Way Out, developed by the very talented team that designed the wonderful Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons, walked in the footsteps of his predecessor by inviting the player to participate in a cooperative prison adventure. Original from its gameplay, this title should land early 2018 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps:

Following the excellent first episode, released in 2015, Ori and the Will Of The Wisps should be based on the principle of his eldest. Namely of platform / reflection in 2d. One still remembers the exceptional artistic direction of the very first, while trembling with impatience to taste this new adventure which will take place once again in the enchantreque world of the forest of Nibel.

Dragon Ball Fighter Z:

Though an inveterate fan of the series, i do enjoy the various licenses that have made their appearances on game consoles. i am a very big fan of 2d versus fighting and this opus, close to what could be created the subject Mugen: Hyper Dragon Ball Z, seems to endow a 2d gameplay rich enough that will undoubtedly delight amateurs , Like me, of this kind that is gradually surfaced thanks to the latest Street Fighter but also loa saga of the King Of Fighters.

Shadow of the Colossus Remake:

Or how Sony becomes the champion of companies that recycle their old titles. After a remaster released on Ps3, here this cult game will be remaved on the Sony console of this generation. Let us bet that Ueda, if he is in command, will not take too much time to offer it to us as soon as possible!

13 SENTINELS: AEGIS RIM

Vanillaware, the editor who excels in the 2d and who offers us at each output a moving artwork of estampic art, reveals here the coming of his new title, without more precision. It will undoubtedly be an action / rpg on a plan in the same vein of an Odin Sphere or even Muramasa. Note the existence of a PS Vita version. No, the Vita is not yet dead ...

Cuphead:

Finally ! Cuphead made a noticed appearance during this Xbox conference and finally unveils an upcoming release for September 29 on One and PC! I'm impatient to put my hands on this title to cartoonesque atmosphere!

Quake Champions:

The King is back! This is not a surprise since the game is golden and already available in beta-test on the official servers of Bethesda. However, there is no new element when its economic system has been unveiled (freetoplay? With the possibility of purchasing the complete game?). We will content ourselves for the new one with a new map and a new character making up the roaster. Quake Champions remains to this day an exclusive pc release.
