Hello Stemian!
Wellcome in the IKM’s Article. According like my last article about SimCity, now we gonna talk about commercial building. Let’s check this out!
Commercial building is a build which have some benefit, among others :

1. To give a service to Sim.
2. To produce special goods.
3. To upgrade housing.

That are some benefit of commercial building. So, how to build commercial building? To build a commercial building you should meet the requirement, each commercial building have a different requirement. After you meet that requirement then you can build that commercial building.

Remember, after you build a commercial building you also need some materials to produce special goods from commercial building. Even there has some commercial building which need material from another commecial building to produce his goods.
