Dota 2 Dueling Fates Update 7.07 Gameplay Changes

Finally, the long-awaited update also comes, Valve has now released Patch for their Major 7.07 Update that is Dueling Fates with detail explanation on 2nd newest Hero Dota 2 that is Pangolier and Dark Willow. Dota 2 has not had a big patch in recent months, making the number of players slowly bored with the atmosphere while on the other hand there are also hoping for no major changes in the game. The previous 7.06 patch used for The International 7 this year was finally replaced as well! After lasting for about 5 months, the Dota 2 fans have been waiting for the Dueling Fates update promised by Valve! In addition to adding 2 new heroes.

This patch also brings a lot of drastic changes to the gameplay as well as the existence of new items. some reworked heroes, Map changes, item changes, System Attributes changes, to a season ranked mode change! All these changes will make Dota 2 again have a different Gameplay than before. Either what Meta will be generated from Update 7.07 but certainly with so many changes that go into Dota 2 then it can be sure this game will grow and have more interesting variations.

The new Ranked System

Valve make major changes to the system ranked or so-called MMR! According to Valve's official website regarding Dueling Fates updates, Dota 2 will no longer use numbers to show MMR players, but medals. MMR is the unit of ability of each player shown in the numeric value. Like most Pro players, they are in the range 6000 - 10000 MMR. The first season of the MMR will begin two weeks after the patch is released to prepare players with this new system.

Within 2 weeks after Update 7.07, all players will lose MMR and will be calibrated back into the new season. Later 1 year will consist of 2 seasons and players will get a Medal based on MMR figures at the end of the season. So later the latest Medal and Medal in the last season will be shown to all players before a Game starts.

For some gamers, this system is considered quite familiar. From its form and its use, the concept of medal here is very similar to Mobile Legends game which is first applying a ranked system where every winning game, you will get a star to upgrade your medal.

Turbo Mode

This one mode is fairly new in the MOBA PC game world, why is that? one of the reasons why people move to choose to play analog MOBA is the duration of the game is quite short and not too long. Seeing this Valve took steps to create Turbo Mode on Dueling Fates updates, where this mode has the same rules as layering normal mode it's just pretty easy to get gold and XP and again the weaker tower and faster respawn time. Players can also buy items anywhere. Looks similar not to the games I mentioned earlier?

Ping Wheel

This update really makes communication better, and again-the song is quite similar to the one in analog MOBA, where every player can easily tell his team mates to be in the position of attacking, defending, backing, team battles, heading to a location even ordering other players to return to the fountain.

Previously only two types, exclamation marks and cross marks that can mean anything depending on which side the player saw it. With this latest update is expected players can be more communicative and very helpful when there is your team friend who is not a party.

In conclusion Dueling Fates Update 7.07 Dota 2 is expected to make the game more varied and more exciting, every development is done only for the player itself, Valve hope this can reach more players.
