Skill Tree part was so difficult for me to understand..try to fix it,

You have basically 3 branches of skills:

One that is generic to all heroes. This is the top pizza slice of skill tree. Each and every hero has acces to these skills. These skills are universal.
Bottom right pizza slice represents skills for the faction your hero belongs to. This means that all heroes from same faction have acces to them.
Bottom left pizza slice represents skills for that spesific hero class. This means that all heroes from the very same class have acces to them. Faction does not matter, only the heros class.

You start by choosing skills from the very center, and move outwards from the center as you progress.
