GANGSTAR VEGAS – REVIEW

Hello Steemians, it’s another awesome day here in Nigeria and I hope we are all in a good state of being as I’m here now. I must confess that it’s indeed a great privilege to be on this great community once again for all my followers and game lovers, the game I will be making review on today is a game every gamer will fall in love with at first sight and it’s no other game than “GANGSTAR VEGAS” and you can also check my last review here.

Gangstar Vegas is a shooter, boxer, racing and story based game [very similar to Grand Theft Auto] whereby the player is expected to take on rival gangs in the sin city of Vegas and roll up on hazardous, wildly, expansive and overwhelming trip across the city of Vegas right from engaging the rival gangs in shootout and stealing amazing cars to race down the street, to trying your luck at the casino and then planning your escape from the grabs of the notorious Frank Valieno.

Gangstar Vegas offer players the chance to experience the life of a kingpin in full as mixed martial arts [MMA] star whom sole dream is to become a battle royal grand champion but in an unplanned circumstance find himself on the edge of the cliff and now have to clash with world of theft, zombies, gang wars and many others in this story blockbuster game.

STORY PLOT

The player will portray himself as Jason Malone, a professional boxer who along the line get paid to deliberately take a fall in a match by Kingpin Frank Valieno and although he agreed to the offer but during the match Jason Malone manage to knock his opponent out unintentionally and win the fight and that’s how his ordeal at the hand of Frank started, he now have to face the mighty Frank and his monsters alone in the sin City of Vegas.

GAME SET UP

The player will have to fight his way through 80 actions filled missions raging from auto races, theft, shooting and more and the player will also be require to use his skills and brain to counter every attack that comes his way and as he progress his character levels up and he get to earn skill points which he can use to upgrade himself and he can also compete in fighting tournaments, carnage missions and the likes.

SET UP BRIEF ANALYSIS

The players get the chance to explore the whole City of Vegas where he will always find a crime to commit and something new to do.
The players will get the chance to watch his name climb the Leaderboards as he advance in the game.
The players get the chance to become Vegas finest sniper and break the bank along the way.

WEAPON AND OTHER NEEDED ACCESSORIES

The game store is always accessible to the player every time where he can buy new weapons, ammo, vehicles and health packs even while in the middle of the game yet the pawn shop is also available to the player where he can also get and buy unique items and there are different weapon types ranging from hand-to-hand, pistols, shotguns rifles and the likes. Completing missions and killing people will also lead to addition of items which he can use to dress himself up and also to build his armory.

CONTROL

Controlling Jason is like pain in the ass at times and requires getting used to as running is a little bit hassle and sometimes over sensitive whereby the player tend to walk into the wall often even when you control him to move to the opposite direction he still walk toward the wall, and the moment you add sprinting to the fold then the problem will be more complicated as the player need to sprint so as to climb obstacles successfully; But apart from that the control is quite okay as you get to perform your desire stunts and moves.

GRAPHICS

All the characters in the game have good faces and bodies and the environment graphics too is just amazing, the bulb reflects nicely, the water bubbles show clearly and the car tires emit smoke when squeal. The game graphics is amazing overall and you feel the realness of the City aesthetically.

SOUND

Gangstar Vegas is fully acted as you get to hear all the conversations and interactions in the game clearly and the most interested part of it is that Jason sometimes sound like he is bored and tired of all the hassle but he return back to his original later on and his voice will automatically get back to normal. The background street rapping is another interesting component of the game sound system one every street lover will always fall in love with.
