In answer to the question: When the door is opened, anything of importance will show up in some way. You do not need to search any of the rooms.
Cool, I got my handy dandy long range take em to the cleaners and hang em out to dry Zombieblastor, where we don't need to dig a hole for em cause there's nothing left to bury or burn.
