Well thought out arguments and I do agree with them. And I would also add that you cannot judge Witcher 3 on its own. You need to include the previous games and the books. And if the devs just started to arbitrarily add "diversity check" characters to an already established universe, the real fans of it would in such an uproar that it's almost unimaginable.
