Yeah, people should have the right to bet on stuff. But I'm still concerned about the potential use of gambling sites by minors.
Kids are gonna be dumb. Trying to stop that is like trying to stop water from being wet.
obviously, kids are dumb, that is sort of their purpose, to learn and stop being wise when they grow up.
But that doesn't mean why shouldn't find ways to for example stop kids from going thousands of dollars into debt because they are dumb. The same way we don't allow kids to take mortgages because they just aren't mentally ready for that.
This is actually a pretty huge deal. I remember a few years back a majority of the CS:GO gambling sites got shut down for American users due to the American legal code. This decision is a great one for individual liberty
Well, we still have to see how individual states decide to deal with this :)
