Nicely written post. I think the idea of creating exclusives to compete with the other developers and attract gamers to their platform is a good way to show consumers "this is what (insert platform/developer name) is all about", therefore it's good for (their) bussiness, but not so good to some people. I mean not all of us can afford gaming PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Wii U only to enjoy some of their exclusives for a couple of times and then go back to whatever platform we came from.
