Before the first FEAR, there was never any gamer who thought would meet a ghost in the middle of the battlefield. Therefore, a tense feeling that always makes the dangers haunt every step of FEAR. It became the biggest attraction in this series of games. The tradition is also inherited in the second FEAR. His charm is still strong and the gripping story also supports the horror created by Alma, the mysterious woman who is the main topic of FEAR. However, whether F3AR which is the third series still can maintain the same prescription? Currently, gamers who follow this game series must have been memorized by the formula horror.
Is F3AR experiencing a "horror" decline like the prediction above? Yes, if you are a loyal FEAR gamer! The formula used in F3AR is still the same as the previous series. So, you can guess when Alma and the various horrors he released appear. The gripping feeling that characterized him is still there. However, not as deep as when, say, on the first FEAR. However, for the first time the player feels the horror of this game, F3AR still able to make it grab and throw the mouse to the floor when Alma suddenly appeared in front of the face.
Horror is just one formula packaged in F3AR. Basically, this game is a First Person Shooter full of action. So, it is not fair to convict this game only from the tense feeling that successfully created. In fact, it must be admitted that the fighting in F3AR contributes to a huge role in its appeal. Diverse weapons and unyielding enemies will accompany your journey through the nightmares of the previous FEAR series.
The story in this game is the completion of the previous series. You certainly still remember the previous FEAR story. How the death of Fettel, the leader of the super soldier rebel forces executed by Point Man on the first FEAR awakened Alma and ended with his pregnancy Alma on the second FEAR. Well, this third game continues the journey Point Man with "ghost" Fettel who turned out to be his brother to meet again with their mother, Alma. How this story ends depends on your performance when playing.

What does it mean? Why does the ending of this story depend on your efforts? Apparently, your performance when playing later will be used to determine one of the two end stories. When playing, you will meet various challenges associated with action in combat. The challenge is divided into four types, namely Aggression, Tactics, Aptitude, and Psychic. Each time you complete the challenge, points will be awarded. These points will also be used to increase your level! The increase in levels is of course not just a mere decoration as your abilities will also increase.
Then, how the above challenges can affect the end of the story. Later, each type of challenge will be taken into account the total value and compared with Fettel's performance. When you play on your own, Fettel has points that have been determined. However, it's different when you play with friends using the Co-operative multiplayer mode. The points collected will be pitted. When Point Man wins, then the ending will follow his story. Another when Fettel wins. Curious? You have to see for yourself the end of the story you are playing!
Are the enemies in this game challenging? You still remember how clever the enemy was in the first FEAR. They can attack with overwhelming tactics. In fact, they often turn your attention to a partner in front while the real attack actually comes from the side. The enemy on F3AR is unfortunately not that sharp. They are violent when attacked. However, not smart. Soldiers who use close-range weapons such as shotgun do have to approach to get maximum results. However, that does not mean they have to run close without shelter. As a result, the deadly troops can be killed easily. They are also very often shouted the condition of his troops who frankly is very helpful to you. When your troops run out, surely you do not want the enemy to find out, do you?
F3AR does have an interesting game form. However, the biggest advantage of this game lies precisely in its multiplayer mode. When to be briefly explained, the multiplayer mode on F3AR is addictive, exciting, and very exciting! The concept used is also different from most similar modes in other games.

First is Contractions. In this mode, you are required to keep the base of the enemy attack. The enemy entrance, in the form of windows and doors you can barricade before the invasion begins. Then, you will use it to kill other soldiers and take their soul. The victory in this mode depends on the number of souls you have successfully collected. So you will compete with other players. In fact, you can kill another player so he does not get that much soul.
Then, the third mode is Soul Survivor. Unlike Soul King, you will be asked to survive an enemy attack in an area. Players who successfully defend themselves until the appointed time will be the winner. Of course, competition between players is the goal of this mode. So, other players you meet must be finished so he does not come out as a potential winner.
The last mode is Fucking Run! You can certainly interpret the asterisks, right? Then, why is his name so exciting? Just imagine: You and other colleagues will start from a point. When the preparation time runs out, the gate will open and you will find the road guarded by the enemy. Then, what is your goal? Of course, run! Once the stage begins, a smoke wall with thousands of skull shadows will chase you! When you swallowed the wall, then game over! So also if the enemy managed to kill you. To provide additional challenges, you are not just running straight ahead. Your journey is adorned with various obstacles that require quick thinking to get through it! This last mode is the most exciting of all other multiplayer modes! You can not miss!

F3AR is not able to give the same tense feeling with the previous series. However, that does not mean this game failed. Exciting games and a very interesting multiplayer mode can be an edge. Especially if you do not like to play horror games and prefer the action game. F3AR can be your choice.
F3AR relies more on combat and exciting multiplayer modes. So, this game has slightly lowered the degree of horror and make it a not dreadful series FEAR game earlier. For gamers who can not stand the excess horror might try to play this game.
