AMERICAN TRUCK SIMULATOR: OREGON

in #gaming6 years ago (edited)

Hi there my Steemit friends and followers!
Another expansion of the ever-growing American Truck Simulator is called Oregon, and it is clear what we will find in it. All truck fans are delighted with it and they get a great deal of new driving time on the roads or motorways. We take it as a matter of course. Oregon is a great addition, it is without discussion. Just because it brings another American state.

Before it gets to grips with the concept of ATS (and also Euro Truck Simulator 2), it is great, it loves many virtual truck drivers, we all get together again. No significant changes are taking place this time. So the interface is already a nice couple of years for monkeys, and its functionality and user-friendliness are remembered by just a few hard-boys. Because no one else ever remembers those times. The artificial intelligence of the other drivers will be pleased once they do not blame you, as the colossus manages a bit harder. But then again it irritates maximally if it is reversed from the foreground to the slower where you are. Or in the orange on the traffic lights, it stops on the brake, stops at a millimeter from you, and you just buckle and you expect a collision. You know it, nothing has changed.

Let's never let go of endless complacency. It would be a surprise for those years if something changed. Maybe with a third part if we ever get it. The important thing is why Oregon, the main hero of this DLC, is threatening to crash in the cabin of his truck for the weekend. The map is slowly moving to the northern states, which at a glance means only: less yellow and orange, more green. The American Truck Simulator has received exactly that type of addition, which undoubtedly enriches it so greatly that you have to make this expansion unmistakably if you think seriously with a smooth ride. As is customary, the new state also comes with new objects, contracts, companies. We skip all this, the world of Oregon is immensely varied.

You may have loved New Mexico or Arizona. No one can tell you anything wrong. But a new love will become Oregon. For its diversity. Finally, you go to the forests - and that means you will not see the deserted desert, the sand and the plain, but the real forests, the vast wooded areas. Bridges over lakes and elevations to handle the tractor. The paths themselves could be much more, but there are still 8,000 kilometers of a huge portion of content that does not get so fast. Going with an oversized bumper cost is an experience for several hours. And it's not just forests, you will not go through fields, green plans, industrial complexes, farms, remote settlements that make the atmosphere of the American environment perfect.

Everything is wrapped in a new garment in terms of objects drawn from reality. In SCS Software, they have done their homework honestly. Just take a few insights into the whims of the internet to make sure that reality matches road marking, the features of communications or brands, and, of course, cities and objects. Forty new places are not a staggering portion, but each one is specific. Nothing was caused by the copying of existing assets. Whether it's Portland, Salem, Eugene, Newport or Little Lakeview, you'll go everywhere without telling them they're stupid. Specific taverns, refreshments and other details complement dozens of relaxation zones and natural scenery.

One of the most famous is Crater Lake Mount Hood. Watching the countryside for a long time and finally it's a welcome change. It's just a shame that really challenging paths to test the player's skill are not so much in the game. It would definitely be interesting to convey the transport network and offer more alternative routes. It does not have to be a motorway or a broad road, we want to travel by narrower, more remote routes. If you are driving around the clock and wandering over the entire Oregon, you will get an unpleasant feeling. Highways or two-way roads are fine - you can quickly take the goods to your destination. But if you want to enjoy the ride and do not need to stand for delivery, you will be asked for more.

Do not misunderstand, all major Oregon moves are contained in DLC with almost manic precision. However, in many places, there is only one way to go, if you do not want to go around nonsensically. We have already drawn the cities and Portland is indeed a tangled climb of highway bypasses. Although the city does not need to be heated. Cities in SCS are still not reworked, and for logical reasons it is not possible. The torrents of the weather are much more uncomfortable, but we still miss the snow, because in Oregon we were mostly raining. It is more common to see parked vehicles on the roadside (police patrol, broken car or accident) or road repairs.

Overall, the feeling of the new environment is amazing. It takes you a lot of hours to go through it, and you'll enjoy it most of the time on the longest route through the entire American Truck Simulator map. Not only will you take hours (from Astoria to Hobbs via San Diego), but you will enjoy developer punk. It's not enough to make the most of it. You want to enjoy it. That's exactly what Oregon works for, because it's gorgeous. It froze that street streets are empty and you do not find any pedestrian in them. However, you will forget about it at the moment when you start on the next of the long journeys. With the sun falling in the sun that will blind you, you will blow something from the Internet radio and let you hey.

Final rating can not be more than favorable. You can scare on almost the least changes that come with another piece. Oregon for twelve euros but greatly extends the official map of the thousand kilometers of roads you will enjoy. The Modera community will not be silent for a long time and this world will be extended to the accused, but we would like more from the creators themselves. Nevertheless, DLC Oregon has sneaked. It is obvious that they have approached the expansion with love and this addition is warming up at the heart of every truck lover.
