If you're one who thinks a 2D zombie shooter is stale and repetitive, I would usually agree with you. But this is not the case with Zombie Shooter 2. Not only the graphics are attractive and unique, gameplay has a very good pace.
Are you going to be holding your mouse button shooting zombies most of the time? Yes. However, you do it while escaping town, hitching a ride with a nerd in his machine-gun mounted old car, helping rescue military personnel trapped in a cave, etc.
But the point is... You don't just run and gun! Or at least you don't feel like that's the only thing you're doing, because the environment changes several times. Your current quest goes from one thing to another so it doesn't feel like you're stuck in a cycle.
So that's what brings the fun out of Zombie Shooter 2: you feel like you're running and gunning in a world with weird people trying to survive. You feel like you saved them on every encounter. But each time, you feel like it was different from the others.
