Homefront:The Revolution[Game Review]
Hello everybody ... Happy weekend alone with your family and for you who want to go on vacation out of town, I wish you always in the protection of God. Okay guys, this time I want to give a review for a game that I think has an interesting story where the game tells the conflict between two countries namely the United States with Korea. Well ... to know what the flow and its gameplay, let's just we see the review below.
Not only that, in 2025 the US economy also collapsed so that automatically America failed to pay their debts to North Korea. Knowing that, Joe Tae Se's son who served as CEO of APEX and North Korean Prime Minister John Tae Se, took advantage of the moment by attacking and occupying the country. They also use APEX technology to close the United States Military. Four years later, precisely in 2029, a major city in America that Philadelphia turned into a very tense environment. This is evident from the daily lives of civilians living in fear as North Korean soldiers occupy several districts in the city.

Ethan was sent to work for Ned Sharpe, a Gang of Rebels. However, the arsenal was raided by KPA troops and Ned was killed. Resistance weapons were destroyed by the attack of Goliath (Robotic). But Ethan also managed to destroy Goliath and then steal his brain. Parrish soon came up with a plan to reprogram the robot's brain in order for them to control it so that the Resistance can enter into Independence Hall where Walker will be tried by KPA. Defense technician Heather Cortez was successfully reprogrammed the robot brain. Parrish and Brady were trying to steal Goliath from the KPA. Unfortunately, Goliath has been sabotaged by a mole so that their plans for entry into the independence hall failed.
Not long, Crawford came. He has an alternative plan, which will pretend to catch Ethan so they can enter the Hall of Independence to see the trial, and the plan goes according to expectations. Without a long wait, Ethan and Crawford can paralyze Hall's defense from within. While on the other side of the resistance groups headed for the Independence Hall to see the trial, but there they saw no trial going on, because the courtroom was actually just a trap to trap them. Inside the room Mayor Simpson appeared and aired a video that Crawford had betrayed them and KPA had also destroyed Ben Walker mentally.
Not only that, Simpson also made a speech by asking them to surrender. But the guerrillas escaped the trap of Simpson thanks to Heather's help who suddenly went into the hall using an improved Goliath. But very unfortunate, because in the battle of Heather was killed and Goliath destroyed. For that Ethan and his colleagues also drew up a plan to counterattack all their pos in Philadelphia.
Next, Parrish and Moore had plans to storm the town hall and arrest Mayor Simpson in order for Simpson to read a message that had criticized the KPA organization on TV. Then Moore sends Ethan to free criminals and assassins from the KPA prison zone in the hope that they can help provide the weapons needed to invade City Hall. The attack at City Hall was successful, but Mayor Simpson refused to read the message given to him and said that KPA would kill everyone in Philadelphia. Moore lost control so he executed Simpson live on TV as a form of retaliation considering Simpson's sexual harassment when he was a prisoner. On the other hand, Parrish gave a speech urging the American people to rise up against the KPA. Parrish's sincere gesture also spurred the people of Philadelphia to rise up to rebel.
Seeing the enthusiasm of the people who want to rise up against and rebellion the Parrish, Moore, and Ethan celebrate its success. But not for long, Dr. Burnett came and told him the KPA was bombarding the city. They rushed to try to evacuate the townspeople. There Parrish, Moore and Ethan try to use Surface to Air Resistance missile launchers to shoot down airships that attack residents using nerve gas. Seeing that Parrish and Ethan go to meet Crawford in the hope that he knows how to destroy the unmanned aircraft. But with fear Crawford tried to explain if KPA knew Crawford's true status and threatened him to betray the Resistance group. Crawford wanted to tell Parrish how to destroy the unmanned aircraft but on condition that they protect him from KPA threats. Parrish, who had already been disappointed by his treachery, left Crawford and handed it to Ethan with the option of letting the traitor live or kill him.
Homefront: The Revolution is a first-person shooter game that is in an open world environment with many districts to explore. Here you can find supplies to modify weapons and equipment. In addition there is a side mission where you will be called to carry out tasks such as killing high-level KPA generals or stealing KPA's unmanned aircraft. Other features introduced are enhanced capabilities to modify weapons such as adding grips to fore or sight in the middle of a firefight or to turning a rifle into a Light Machine Gun.
For the Map, Philadelphia is divided into three districts such as Red Zone, Yellow Zone and than Green Zone. For the feature, this series is different from the previous game which features a competitive multiplayer mode.Because in the series The Revolution features a four player multiplayer mode known as the Resistance mode and is certainly separated from the main campaign and has its own character, development, class and facilities.
