The return of Crash Bandicoot

   

   Crash Bandicoot undoubtedly became one of the most remembered games in the history of the PlayStation, that is why it generated great nostalgia among its followers the fact that there wasn't a game of this beloved character for the third console of Sony, in the middle of the new advances that presented the video games, the famous Crash Bandicoot had been forgotten only in the memory of its most faithful followers, only with some apparitions in the recent deliveries of its creative studio "Naughty Dog" as it was his appearance in "Uncharted 4".

   After a long period of rumors finally was confirmed the return to the console of the famous character who gave us a lot of funny hours, this time we are not talking about a new adventure of Crash this time is going to be the remastering of the trilogy of the first games of Crash; Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Stikeback and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. Despite not being a new game in its entirety, the remastering of this old acquaintance for console lovers woke up a lot of happiness in the fans among whom began to generate great expectations due to this reappearance, emotion that was embodied with the great receptivity that had the promotional trailer that was released in December of 2016.

   There was much speculation about this new project of Naughty Dog to return to the screens one of his most beloved characters, finally on June 30, 2017 this trilogy was released, the fans had already been able to observe in different trailers and "Game play" changes this new delivery compared to its predecessor in regards to the graphics engine. We can observe that the changes in the visual aspect are remarkable, each aspect has been modified, from the same characters adding more details and expressions, to the stages and characters making them look more colorful and full of life.

   Although we could observe the many visual changes, we had to wait until the launch to be able to establish a comparison between this new trilogy remastered for the PlayStation 4 and the original video game that caused sensation in the decade of the 90s if we talk about the game control refers, it is true that it is a perfect adaptation, however, it is worth noting certain aspects that make many fans dare to catalog this delivery as a "Remake" rather than a remastering, even before the launch of the game and we anticipated some changes in comparison with the original title, among which we can observe:

1.  The way we save the game in the first delivery which presents a different system as the original version.
2.  The relics of time will be present in the three games, remember that on the PlayStation 1 this relics were only present in the third delivery.
3.  In the first delivery we can observe posters with information regarding the relics of each level.
4.  Different gem paths when collecting all boxes of a level, the mode of access to these levels will be somewhat different and these secret parts will present some changes as far as the first delivery refers.
5.   The access to the "Bonus" in the first game, previously, when collecting the three faces of a character is Nitrus Brio or Tawna Bandicoot (the girlfriend of Crash) directly we were transported to the bonus level, now will appear a platform to be able to arrive this levels.
6.   Again in the first game we see a change now in the way in which the bonus levels end, now at the end of it, Tawna Bandicoot will be kidnapped by Dr. Neo Cortex unlike the predecessor where the same stood still.
7.  In the three installments we will observe certain visual changes regarding the scenarios, obstacles and some enemies.
8.  It will be possible to notice changes in the dubbing of the characters which was refreshed and changes in the songs which underwent some modifications. 

  Undoubtedly the importance of this video game throughout history due to its great mechanics and innovation, has been taken as an example for certain details in some titles of other studies and even had some parody on television shows. Personally it is one of my favorite video games since always, from history, levels going through each scenario very well thought out and even with one or another secret scenario, taking into account the charisma of each character make this trilogy one of the Most memorable of all time, so its apparition on the PlayStation 4 is great for everyone, I hope this game turn in a preview that soon we can enjoy a new titleof Crash Bandicoot in the new era of consoles, but that's a mystery for now, for the moment, we have to keep waiting while we relive the old days with this refreshed version of a classic of Naughty Dog and PlayStation.
