Guide of My Favorite Hero in Dota 2 - Slark, The Nightcrawler.

Hero Statistics :

• Attack Type : Melee
• Strength       : 67.5 at 25 (20 + 1.9/level) 
• Agility           :  63.5 at 25 (26 + 1.5/level) 
• Intelligence : 58.5 at 25 (16 + 1.7/level) 
• Damage        : 48 - 56
• Range           : 128
• Armor           : 1.1
• Movement   : 300 

Advantages and Disadvantages :

Advantages :

• Can steal enemy stats
• Anti tank / disable / track
• Have good visibility at night
• Have excellent escape skills
• Regen HP and move speed increase when alone
• Very easy to survive in the lane if it reaches level 6
• Ability to detect ward

Deficiency :

• His body is very vulnerable
• The stat growth is not good
• Pounce Skill requires a little practice to be used properly and in desperate need of items

Skills:

Dark Pact.

After a short delay, Slark sacrifices some of his life blood, purging negative debuffs and dealing damage to enemy units around him and to himself.

• Delay              : 1.5
• Radius            : 325 

Pounce.

Slark leaps forward, grabbing the first enemy hero he connects with. That unit takes damage and is leashed to Slark, and can only move a limited distance away from Slark's landing position. 

• Damage                 : 40 / 80 / 120 / 160
• Leash Duration   : 3.5  and 6.5 (Level 25 talent)
• Leash Radius       : 325
• Pounce Distance : 700
• Collision Radius : 95 

Essence Shift.

Slark steals the life essence of enemies with his attacks, draining all their attributes and converting them to bonus agility on hit. 

•  Enemy Attribute Loss : 1 Strength, 1 Agility, 1 Intelligence
• Self Agility Gain            : 3
• Steal Duration               : 15 / 30 / 60 / 120 

 Shadow Dance.

When used, Slark hides himself in a cloud of shadows, becoming completely invisible (attacking, casting spells, and using items do not reveal Slark, and True Sight does not reveal him). Additionally, when not visible to the enemy team, Slark gains bonus movement speed and health regeneration. Upgradeable by Aghanim Scepter's to also hide allies near Slark. 

•  Movement Speed Bonus : 30% / 35% / 40%
• HP Regeneration Bonus  : 3% / 5% / 7%
• Passive Delay                     : 0.5
• Duration                             : 4
• Scepter Radius                  : 325 

So that's description of the Slark. If you want to master this one hero you should have an aggressive style of game, because  Slark is very weak hero but can be very strong when the essence shift that is owned pretty much.
