Dunno, maybe talk to them or find a Discord chat that leads to @steemcleaners, or maybe on https://steemit.chat. I know that they must be somewhere that you can reach them.

The idea is that you go there, talk to them, apologise for your spammy behaviour and they might get a sincere air from you and unflag your posts.
