I just sold a house on Shroud of the Avatar for $1560!
I gotta admit, I had a hard time letting this one go. Huge, beautiful, and well located. I never used it, and I have lots of other houses, but I still didn't want to pull the trigger. At the end of the day, $1500 is a lot of real-life money, and Shroud is just a game.

It is in early access/beta testing now. It is scheduled to launch later this year. The quest lines are not yet complete, but it is a good time to gather resources and build up an empire. Land deeds and houses can be built, discovered, or purchased with dollars or game gold. Terms of use allow exchange of virtual goods for real money. They even have a marketplace forum on their website that facilitates commerce. If you want to make money playing a fantasy mmorpg, this is the one.

Anyone can buy the game and start playing. It's only $40. The best part is that they release new content every month, but there are no monthly membership or subscription fees!
