Shredder's story back for revenge is something that is appropriate for a follow-up film. For me the designed plot is enough for me to adore. It would be more interesting if the decision to make TGRI chemicals as the driving story plot. The presence of TGRI makes the story of these four turtles more complete.

One disappointment, however, is where a great change is made. The TGRI chemistry used in this film is not to turn on Bebop and Rocksteady as expected, but new characters are introduced. The presence of Tokka and Rahzar is something that fails. More damn if these two characters are portrayed like a born child. The presence of Tokka and Rahzar makes the story plot more jokey. In accordance with the chosen destination but disappointing the audience who expect the presence of both Bebop and Rockstead characters.
