Games I have Played - Maize

Maize the game is a few years old now, but is still a very fun game to play. You start out on an old farm that seems mostly derelict, with Maize fields around it.

As we walk around the farm and Maize fields there are little hints and items to find that help us progress.

This farm house has many items inside to help us solve the puzzles.

It really is a Maze in the fields of Maize

Once we have all the items we can unlock the science lab - which is when we meet the Corn - who can talk!

Inside the science lab bunker we find they were doing experiments and that is why the corn now talk, we also meet Vladdy a robotic Russion talking teddy bear!

As we progress further we find that in becoming sentinent the corn have become hostile - we have to find a way to stop them

The scientists had designed a safety device in case it all went wrong (which it has we discover) so in the final step we launch the emergency override which rockets the whole lab and corn fields into space!

Maize is a good fun game, it requires alot of patience to find all the hidden items throughout the map to then progress further. It has a good mix of comedy and also some scary and dark sections - but over all very enjoyable.
