Festival of Lights Event - Dedenne Debut
Ahoy, this Friday the Festival of Lights event in Pokémon Go started. It is an event to celebrate the festival of Diwali. For this event several Electric-type Pokémon and Pokémon related to light are appearing more in the wild and appearing in Raids. Many of them can be obtained from Field Research Tasks and some from 7 km Eggs. The Electric- and Fairy-type Pokémon Dedenne, the Antenna Pokémon, is making its Pokémon GO debut with this event.
This list of Pokémon includes Litwick, so if you didn't find a good Litwick during the Halloween Mischief event you now have another chance!
The event also celebrates friendship, with double the friendship per day, more rewards from gifts and opening up to 45 gifts per day.

They don't include which Field Research Tasks lead to the encounters listed there, so here I'll provide a list.
- Send 5 Gifts to Friends : Electabuzz or Magmar
- Send 7 Gifts to Friends : Darumaka
- Catch 5 Fire-type Pokémon : Litleo or Vulpix
- Catch 5 Electric-type Pokémon : Electrike or Magnemite
- Catch 5 Different Species of Electric-type Pokémon : Bliztle
- Defeat 2 Team GO Rocket Grunts : Blitzle
- Power Up Pokémon 10 Times : Dedenne
Here I have included the Pokédex registry and the stats for the first Dedenne I caught.
I'll definitely try to trade some Dedenne with friends to get it Lucky as well.
The event will last until Sunday November 14 at 8 pm local time.
