Lack of ability to cure the hero during the battle

 Before you get involved in the first battle with the enemy, remember that you will not be able to regenerate your hero's life during the battle by drinking a healing elixir or reading an appropriate spell. When you receive a wound, you will have to reconcile with it until the end of the battle (so it is often much better to avoid battles than to climb into them with a sword naked).However, everything is not as bad as it might seem at first glance. The fact is that a direct hit on you does not always lead to a decrease in life points, since the first stroke is taken by a strip with the hero's endurance. When it is over, the enemy will be able to injure you. For this reason, it is worth carefully planning each step in the battle, and not swinging the sword to the left and to the right like a mad berserk. If you fight with two or more enemies, then it is worth keeping stamina on them. 

To restore stamina, you need to stop striking and perform other active actions (move away from your enemy a little)

After defeating the enemy, start immediately to restore health to your hero, because the next battle may be already around the corner. Remember also that food and medicinal herbs are not able to instantly increase your strip of life. The treatment procedure in this game has been painfully long.It's also worth making sure whether your hero needs to apply bandages to certain wounds. Bandages will help you get rid of the most serious wounds, for example, heavy bleeding or broken bones. Do not ignore warnings about such injuries, otherwise the character will act less efficiently in battles than usual. Bandages can be found in boxes, boxes and chests or bought from merchants. Before leaving the city or taking a new quest, you should definitely put several bandages in inventory. 

Good preparation is the guarantee of victory

 In Kingdom Come: Deliverance all fights will be unique, but you can prepare for them in one scenario. First, never underestimate your enemies. If you lose concentration in the battle and make a mistake, you can get a dangerous wound, for example, heavy bleeding or a fragmented bone. Naturally, your chances of winning in this case will quickly decline. 

 Secondly, try to study the enemy before the attack. If the opponents are in the camp and do not yet suspect your presence, then check out their equipment, count the number of soldiers and find out if there are archers among them. Use this information to choose the right equipment (armor and weapons) and rid yourself of unpleasant surprises such as the appearance on the battlefield of a heavily armed enemy. I also advise to be kept in front of serious battles. 

Part of the fights will occur after the cut scenes, that is, they will not be able to prepare for them. In this case, you need to immediately identify for yourself the most powerful enemies and deal with them in the first place. If you understand that you will not win, then just run away (do not forget to wag from side to side so that you do not shoot archers).

Watch your hero's state

 The first creation of Warhorse Studios is a very realistic game, so the state of the main character is not characterized solely by the scale of his health - you have to follow other parameters. The fact is that your character will feel hungry and he may show signs of fatigue. All this can directly affect its effectiveness in combat. 

 If you saw that your valiant knight can hardly stand, then it's time to lull him, finding a suitable place to sleep. The game can be dropped on mattresses or on full beds. I recommend the use of beds (standing in houses, taverns and other similar places), since they can completely restore endurance and health. Mattresses, however, restore only 80 percent of the total scale of life. Sleeping on the ground is not recommended at all, since the effect of this will be extremely low. 

 With hunger, everything is quite simple - you can get rid of it by eating different foods, so it's always worth keeping in your inventory of bread, meat and other products. They can be obtained by buying from traders or stealing. The second option to use is not recommended, otherwise you can easily go to jail or run into a huge fine. If you steal, then in large. 

 Keep the hunger scale at 90-100 percent, that is, you should not raise it higher. Otherwise, the character will suffer from overeating, which will have a bad effect on his health. 

 In addition to hunger and fatigue, the hero is able to experience other negative effects, for example, overloading, when the inventory is full of things, or poisoning, when the character is wounded with a weapon with poison. Learn about all the negative statuses of the character in his menu. The faster you get rid of them, the better. 

Theft is a dangerous, but profitable business

 Thanks to theft, you can save a lot of capital and get a lot of valuable things, but do not forget that you can easily catch this illegal business. In this case, you need to be prepared for unpleasant consequences, up to landing in prison. For this reason, you need to carefully plan your robberies and do not waste time on petty theft. In addition, do not forget to be saved before going to work. 

 To steal houses is best at night, as most of the characters at this time will sleep. Besides, it will be easier to notice you during the day. Some NPCs will not like it very much, if you walk freely through their homes. First they will ask you to leave, and then call the guards. 

 Regardless of how you were caught, thefts have two negative consequences. Firstly, you will lose your reputation in the village where you were caught, so local people will begin to treat you less friendly. Secondly, the guards will constantly monitor you, believing that it is you who are responsible for every new crime. 

 If you can not escape from the guards, then you can do the following: 

• Try to buy off the guards, offering them a bribe. It should not be too low, otherwise they will not accept it, and unnecessarily high, since in this case theft will not make sense.
• Try to convince the guards that they have indicated themselves. For this, the hero must have a high charisma. 
• Try to run away from them again or join the fight. Bad options, because even if you manage to kill all and hide in the nearby forests, you will still be considered a criminal in the area.

 Do not try to steal anything that is not screwed to the floor, because your pockets are not bottomless - try to take only valuable items that often lie in locked chests. You can open them with the help of found keys or master keys (in case of failure, the castle will emit a loud noise, which can awaken tenants or attract the attention of guards). After that, the stolen items are immediately sold to the merchants, but not all of them will be ready to purchase them. 

 

Weight restriction - features

 In the first hours of the game, you will certainly try to collect all the items seen, considering that they can come in handy for you in the future. However, instead of good, they will only do you harm, since the character will have an overload, and he will start moving much more slowly. Therefore, when this problem arises, it is necessary to solve it as soon as possible.  Most often the restriction is exceeded because of the storage of a large amount of armor in their inventory. Therefore, it is necessary to sell all the sets of armor you do not need and keep a maximum of 2-3 sets, and some of their elements should not be repeated. This applies to weapons. I advise you to keep in inventory no more than two varieties of steel weapons, as well as one bow with arrows and one shield. However, there are other things that can lead to overload, for example, food. 

 If the restriction is still exceeded, you can try to shift things into your horse's inventory. So you can keep a lot more food, weapons and armor. Both inventory filled? Then you have to either throw out or use the least useful items. 

Day and night have a significant impact on the gameplay

 In Kingdom Come: Deliverance, developers have implemented a dynamic system of day and night, and it's not about a banal graphic element that does not affect anything, but about an important gameplay feature. It affects the exploration of the game world and the passage of many tasks. 

 It should be remembered that all the characters in this RPG try to simulate real life, that is, in the daytime they work in the field, prepare food or go to the market for food. In the evening, they sit in taverns or relax with their families, and at night they sleep. Therefore, at different times of the day they will have to be looked for in different places. 

 In addition, during night hours patrols are usually less vigilant than during the day. If you need to quietly enter the camp, it is best to do it at night. This will help not only with the theft of valuable things, but also the imperceptible killing of enemies. However, darkness can play with you a cruel joke, because it will be much harder to navigate in it. When you do not need to hide from anyone, be sure to light the torch, so as not to be lost in the forest inadvertently. 

 If you need a specific time of day to perform a task, you can speed up the time with the help of a special option. But rest does not count, on the contrary, your hero can get tired even more. Therefore, I still advise not to sweep time, and try to find a bed and sleep. 

 

Armor and weapons can eventually become worthless

 Most of the items in this role-playing action have an index of strength, which is characteristic of a decline. Therefore, it is worthwhile to closely monitor the state of your armor and weapons and not attack opponents with broken swords or bent armor. Learn the strength of things in the inventory. 

 Worn weapons are less effective than new ones. For example, a steel weapon with 50 percent strength causes 2 times less damage than with a 100 percent value. If you notice that your gear has turned into rubbish, then try to repair it from the blacksmith. You can also try to sharpen the blade with an emery or a grindstone. However, in most cases it is much more convenient to just replace old equipment with a completely new one.
