That screenshot looks like it only calculates to 3 decimal places. i.e. 0.0006 vote value would be rounded up to 0.001.
By my rough calculations you should be on about 70SP available (it fluctuates daily based on price of STEEM and you available Voting Power) to meet the minimum required to qualify for PlayDice games.
P.S. I noticed you've delegated some of your SP to programmes that no longer exist, and some others that will only benefit you if you post every single day... Are you aware of this?

Oh... and FWIW: Delegating to @tipu is a good investment... so you can/should leave that one (if you can spare the SP).
