Great question! They have quite a few differences in terms of feel and mechanics. Arkham Horror is more of story and campaign type of game and it also has a deck building element. Ghost Stories is more of a, "try to keep the ship from sinking" type of a game, where you're trying not to be over run by ghosts. Both great games though!
