Jill and Carlos find out through Nikolai that the city will be destroyed by a nuclear missile in order to prevent the spread of the virus in other cities of the United States and the rest of the world. Jill faces Nikolai, who seeks to assassinate her to collect the reward that Umbrella offered for the death of the S.T.A.R.S.

Finally, Nikolai escapes in an abandoned helicopter with a portable radar that allows him to see the location of the missile, Jill advances through the installation finding the remains of an entire unit of green berets of the US Army.
