Goodgame Empire Newbie Guide
If you purchase a rubie package and
get bonus units the first thing you're
going to notice is you have more units
than you have enough food to keep them
from starving. You can do a few things
to alieve the situation:
a) Use the units to attack
Bloodcrows, Samurais and Nomads.
This will give you the chance to
loot some food (up to your
storehouse limit) and some of
the excess units will die in
battle requiring less food.
b) Build a Flour Mill as soon as
possible as the Flour Mill will
make your farms more productive.
Of course build (until the
production of farms drops to
56%) and upgrade your farms, also.
Spend some rubies on a bakery -
this makes your units eat less.Don't bother with a Military Hospital
- It's a rip off. It costs way too many
rubies to heal units that land in the
Military Hospital. When you lose units
in attack or defense battles or of
starvation (hopefully not) it is better
to replace them by recruiting from your
barracks for coins. You will also get a
lot of bonus units from events like the
Nobility Contest by consistently
attacking Bloodcrows, Samarais and
Nomads.
Try to save your rubies, they can go
fast.Make sure your VIP mode stays active.
You can get VIP time and points as
prizes for events by consistently
attacking Bloodcrows Samarais and
Nomads. You can also get VIP time and
points with certain ruby purchases. If
you have to spend rubies to keep VIP
mode active it's not a bad spend.Consistently attacking Robber Barren
Castles will help you gain lots of
equipment for your Commanders and
Castellans and give you lots of chances
to use your smithy to get upgraded
equipment.Of course, you will want to follow
the Quest Book to get started, but also
try to complete the Daily Task list
each day to get pretty good prizes
including 100 rubies if you complete
all 12 tasks.
