When looking at this deck, this is a ROCKs style deck as it has the best removals as well as good threats on top of cheap discard effect.
Another thing about this deck is that it mostly has a 50/50 matchup across the board so you don't lose too many points in most matchup.
For the most part, Rakdos Midrange plays more of a fair game unlike most other decks in the format.
The reason why I chose to play this deck is that it doesn't have too much complex lines comparing to most other decks as well as I haven't played competitive paper since pre-COVID. That is about 2.5 years I have played since. Any rate, if you are a fan of unpolarized match-ups, I would recommend playing this style of deck.
With RCQ going on around the world, we are hosting a RCQ on Sunday August 28 at 10 AM with the format being Pioneer.
We hope to see you then.
