Proof Santa Claus is a Targaryen
We Finally Know Who the Prince Who is Promised Really Is!
OK, lots of people have theories about the Prince Who is Promised, The Last Hero, and of course, Azor Ahai. As a New Year's gift to his fans, Martin may have finally given us an obvious clue.
Everybody who follows GRR Martin on Twitter got this amazing New Year's greeting:
... I thought 2016 was a bad year, but 2017 was even worse... if not so much for me personally, then certainly for a lot of my friends and loved ones, and for the nation and the world as a whole. I hope better times are ahead for all of us. #hopeful pic.twitter.com/mIFPTrYgin

Yes, Santa is a Targaryen. He's going to swoop in with his dragon-pulled sleigh full of dragon stone and valyrian steel to save everybody.
No, not SANSA -- SANTA!!
After all, Santa Knows Who is Naughty and Nice!
How do you like my new Game of Thrones theory? Hey, it's been a long winter, so I'm doing the best I can. Some of us finished reading the last book years ago and are still debating how it will end and waiting for the next book.
Haha. We we all hoping for an update on The Winds of Winter on New Year's Eve, but at least, this is something. ASOIF fans will grab onto any straws at this point, and I'm one of them. Happy New Year!
I waste way too much time in the Reddit communities for the TV show and the books. If there was an active #GOT community here like that, I'd be RICH!
I feel ya! @originalworks
