Funny, quite a number of extras on the show are/were porn stars. Shae, Tyrion's prostitute girlfriend was a big name porn star before GoT. Now she's moved on to more standard acting roles.
Well, a lot of actors start their career in the porn industry, whether it be films or photoshoots.
