There are a lot of reactions to the scene with Nymeria. I believe people are remembering the dialogue wrong. If I'm not talking out my arse, what "Arya" actually says to Nymeria is "it's not her." Think about it... Nymeria sees Arya but doesn't recognize her scent. Arya does NOT mean that it's not Nymeria... she means that it's not Arya.  And how do you explain The Waif as Arya knowing so much about the Starks? The Waif and Arya played a game, where the loser had to share details with the winner. Arya always lost. The Waif was collecting info, preparing for the role she would play.
