As soon as I've put together it all and configured it properly I'll upload it to github. Not sure I'll keep maintaining it, but at least there will be a project to look at for inspiration/starting point.

I've also found this https://github.com/joshuamorony/phaser3-typescript-webpack-capacitor which is very similar, but uses Capacitor instead of cordova/electron directly.
